Availability:
During the high season from the last week of June through the end of August, Harbour Side Escape is available in weekly increments only, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and check-in time is any time after 4:00 p.m. If at other times during the year, your plans require alternate arrangements, simply ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Rates: The 2009 weekly rate is $1,900, plus applicable taxes for up to four persons with $225 for each additional subject to capacity limits (8 total)

Deposits: A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation.

Balance Due: The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if you cancel 90 days in advance, and if less than 90 days, a refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be given if the property is rebooked.
